Quality and precision are essential guidelines of Beichler & Grünenwald. We already keep to the strictest requirements during product development and execute feasibility studies
Each time before the start of a series production, the strict Beichler & Grünenwald quality assurance checks every work step.
The principle also applies to the manufacturing process: “Four eyes see more than two”. Our well-trained employees know that quality is a great asset which distinguishes our company.
No product leaves the house without careful outgoing goods inspection.
In addition to strict internal quality assurance, Beichler & Grünenwald performs further quality tests on customer’s requests. With modern measuring technologies of the latest generation we enable comprehensive product control.
Quality management based on conviction.
Concerning PTFE high-performance plastic, we want to be the first port of call for demanding companies. Our exceptionally high product quality is the result of error-free processes. Certification according to standard DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 is a matter of course for us.
Beichler & Grünenwald has been certified according to the quality management standard DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1996. Our products fulfill almost every quality standards and norms. On customer request we can create 3.1 acceptance test certificates according to DIN 10204 and / or declarations of conformity at any time, thanks to proofs of material with the material test number and archive organization
In addition, since September 1, 2014, with the EU10 / 2011 approval we are one of the first PTFE processors to obtain this special certification.
