– ciabatta baguette
– 1 tomato
– 1 ball of mozzarella
– 150g fine smoked ham
– a few rocket stems
– a few basil leaves
– olive oil
– salt, pepper, perhaps garlic (either as a liquid or a powder)
Cut the baguette open. Drizzle olive oil over the bottom half. Add garlic as required.
Place some rocket on top. Place the sliced ham on top of the rocket.
Now place the sliced mozzarella and tomato on top one after the other.
Add the basil leaves or use them as decoration.
